Annual Graduation

The Herschel Theatre played host to the 2006 Annual Graduation and the over 150 magicians from Courses 2 to 6 who graduated from the College of Magic.

David Gore and Michael Barta embarked on an experience of a lifetime - travelling to New Delhi, India as part of a cultural exchange project with the Kalakar Trust.

Cape Jnr Magician Championships a Dazzling Affair

Hollywood arrived at the Herschel Theatre as the Western Cape Junior Magician Championships became the subject of an upcoming US movie documentary on the College of Magic.

Amidst the cameras and the glamour, the College's top young performers battled it out for top honours. Congratulations to SARMOTI Legacy Award Winners Nicholas Rix ( Stage ) and Daniel Foord ( Close-up ) Western Cape Junior Magician Champion ( Stage ) Lesley Seitsheigeco and Western Cape Junior Magician Champion ( Close-up ) Simon Miller.

Students Prepare for Cape Jnr Magician Championships

Students are gearing up for the ultimate battle of the wands ! The Cape Jnr Magician Champions takes place on Sat. 28th October  at Herschel Girls School Theatre. Don't miss it ... with over R4000 in prizes, special guest artists and SA's top young talent - it promises to be an evening to remember. Close-up contest starts at 5 pm and Stage 6:30 pm. Tickets are R45 - book now !
